Sports
In addition to providing a Christ-centered education, CRCS also offers
an interscholastic sports program that teaches students teamwork, and a proper attitude
toward competition, winning and losing. In grades five through eight, students have
the opportunity to participate in sports for boys and girls. The student must maintain
a "C" average. Normally, a "season" consists of 8-16 games played
against other Christian and private schools in the area. CRCS in a member of the
Northern Virginia Independent Athletic Conference.
Philosophy:
The purpose of athletics at CRCS is to teach and train young men and
women to use their God-given talent to the best of their ability while displaying
Christ-like qualities in their attitude and actions, both on and off the filed.
