Welcome to Calvary Road Christian School and thank you for your interest in our
ministry to Preschool through Eighth grade students.
I count it a great privilege to minister in a school that not only provides an excellent
academic education, but also has a tremendous impact on the spiritual lives of its
students. As a Christian School, our goal is for each student to make a personal
commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, grow steadily in Christian Character,
and make a godly, intelligent impact on our world through a Christian world view.
Our faculty and staff are highly dedicated Christians who are excited to have the
opportunity to fulfill the school's mission through teaching and molding the lives
of each student under their care. In addition to planning and implementing a quality
educational program, each of our faculty are expected to be a Christian role model
so that students have the opportunity to not just "learn the facts" but see each
teacher's faith in action.
In addition to the high quality academics and spiritual emphasis, CRCS offers several
other amenities that will meet a wide variety of parent needs in our busy metropolitan
area. We provide a before and after school extended care program, hot lunches prepared
on premises, and a ten week full time summer camp program.
As a ministry of Calvary Road Baptist Church, we are blessed to be able to use its
facilities on nine acres of property in the Kingstowne area of Fairfax County, Virginia.
These facilities include over 20 classrooms, a middle school building, a fenced
and well-equipped play area, a library, computer lab, two kitchens, gymnasium, and
